Travel, Weather and Ferry Cancellation Policies
Please be advised that we have no control over the weather, scheduling, delays, or cancellations of the Ocracoke Ferry. All reservations remain subject to our standard cancellation policies, which are strictly enforced without exception, regardless of any ferry-related disruptions, including delays, cancellations, or changes to travel plans.
Inability to arrive due to ferry service interruptions does not qualify for refunds, credits, or penalty waivers.
We strongly encourage all guests to plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions.
