Yes, each room is supplied with the same number of chairs that the unit accommodates.

Vehicles are optional. We also suggest renting a Golf Cart from local vendors.
Does the hotel allow pets?
ADA Service Animals only (Emotional Support Companions does not apply).

Can we get an early check-in or check out?
Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. There is a $25.00 fee. Late check-outs are subject to availability on the day of your departure. It is an additional $25.00 per hour.
Do your rooms have full kitchens?
No, all of our guest rooms offer kitchenettes with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Some include dual cooktop burner.
Are there vending machines and/or ice machines on the premises?

Do you have disability parking and/or disability assisting rooms?
Yes, we have ADA friendly rooms and parking.
Is your resort wheelchair friendly?

What in-room service(s) do you provide?
To avoid disruptions during your vacation, we provide a towel exchange service. Housekeeping is available upon request before noon each day.
How do guests dispose of their garbage?
Clear garbage bags are in each room, and we ask our guests to kindly place them outside their room door (securely tied) between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
What is the amenity fee and what’s included?
Siesta Key Beach Resort charges a daily “RESORT AMENITY FEE” for each night the room is occupied.
Effective January 1, 2024, the RESORT AMENITY FEE is $49.00 per day and includes the following hotel
amenities:
Use of the pool and hot tub (Coming 2027)
Two (2) BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE Beverage Vouchers at The Jolly Roger.
Beach towel usage. $25.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing
beach towel.
Beach chair usage. $50.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing
beach chair.
Beach wagon usage, available at the front desk to check out from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beach wagon.- Beverage/Food Coolers: Each room has an Arctic Zone Cooler for use at the pool and/or beach.
$100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beverage cooler. - WI-FI throughout the resort, as long as the current carrier’s service is up and running.
Bottled Water. Room temperature bottled water is provided in each room and at the front desk.
In-room snacks are provided once at check-in to make your experience more pleasant.
Keurig Coffee machines are in each guest room with Donut Shop coffee, cups, etc. provided.
Bicycle rental – Up to (3) hours of daily bicycle use is included in the amenity fee. PLEASE
NOTE: all riders are required to sign a liability waiver prior to use of any bicycle. Parents and/or
legal guardians will sign for anyone under 18 years of age. All riders are required to use a
Anyone failing to use a helmet will assume their own risk. It is the responsibility of the
occupant to request ALL safety equipment. Any damage to a rented bicycle will be equal to the
cost of repair. Any bicycle signed out and not returned may be charged up to $1,000 (the actual
cost of replacement) for the unreturned bicycle. A lock is included with each bicycle to protect
the bicycle from theft. Although there is minimal theft on Siesta Key, it is required that the guest
utilize the bicycle lock when the bicycle is not in use or unattended.
